Go to the Help menu and select Screen Share.

1. Click I Agree on the following prompt.
2. Enter the security key that the agent provides to you and click Share your screen. Quicken Support can now see your screen.
3. To end the session, click Stop sharing your screen.

Use Screenshare with Quicken Support

On occasion, Quicken Support may ask to see your screen, in order to troubleshoot issues or assist you with using Quicken.  During screenshare, we're not able to control your computer or take any action on your computer system; we can only guide you to the right place on your screen.  

Before you begin: If you're using a dual monitor setup, we recommend that you switch to a single monitor before using screenshare.
