Use Screenshare with Quicken Support
On occasion, Quicken Support may ask to see your screen, in order to troubleshoot issues or assist you with using Quicken. During screenshare, we're not able to control your computer or take any action on your computer system; we can only guide you to the right place on your screen.
Before you begin: If you're using a dual monitor setup, we recommend that you switch to a single monitor before using screenshare.
